5 tools to help you find courage, creativity and will power...
Hello Friends,
From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you for opening this mail. I’ve been thinking about reducing the frequency of the letter because of my recent schedule change but I don’t want to do that. Hence, I got myself an accountability partner. She reviews my schedule, prompts me, and stays on my neck. I was just returning from work when her message came in, so I promised that I’d dedicate my next few minutes to this.
How have you been? I know it’s a trying time, especially for Nigerian undergraduate students. We all shall triumph!
Books written by psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, or all those guys that have things to do with one’s mind and brain are always unrivaled. In terms of richness of contents and provision of solutions, they are always the best. The Tools was written by 2 of such people, Barry Michels and Phil Stutz.
